Thank you so much Lina! Soooo good to hear from you! Hope you have time to be more at the forum or have time to make your always beautiful squares for the little ones. Hugs, Anneke xo
Oh wow! A lot of fresh colours and stripes! I can't wait to see the "surprise-flag" :)))) I believe we will exceed the number of flags of the 2012 challenge! :)
Thank you so much Lina that you appreciate this square so much. I was inspired by the photo on this website and I transformed the angel as to fit in a square. (I will add the link of the website ,maybe an interesting article for people who like to know more about X-mas in Africa.
HUGE congrats on obtaining your doctorate. Chill out time now, eh? Well, you must have worked very hard for such an achievement.....you deserve a break. :))
Oooh Thank you so much Lina! It was really fun to make this cutie! I was so busy that I didn't took the time to comment on your BEAUTIFUL blankets!!! xoxo
Hi Lina, Thank you so much for your heartwarming compliments. We learned crochet (and knit) in primary school already. For a very long time I didn't crochet, up till I found KAS. I developed "my skills" during the years at KAS. I am very much inspired by the forum friends. I never could have guessed that there were so many ways and possibilites to make squares for blankets :). Furthermore I can use my degree Bachelor of Fine Arts here, I developed photography (a bit) especially for KAS to make good pictures to spread the word (I also upload pics of my KAS work on FLICKR to spread the word). xoxo
