I thought doing this blog/journal would be kind of fun...I've been off looking at some of the other blogs and enjoyed learning about everyone. A little about me: I was born in Michigan, and lived in…Continue

The Donate button provides 2 options:
Because of PayPal/banking fees, KAS asks that your donation be 5USD [or more]. Anything less, means your donation is eaten up with fees. Thank you!
Our goal is to remove the monthly deficit that Ronda and her team have to deal with. You can:
1. Make a donation whenever you are able.
2. Sign up for an ongoing monthly donation (subscription).
3. Shop at the KasShop!

"CreateCare Global has set itself two tasks. The first is physical: to bring hope, support and comfort to children for whom poverty and loss are everyday tormentors. The second, and in our view equally important, is to spread the message to the world."
Our thanks to CreateCare Global for supporting the Square Circle Forum and helping to spread the wonderful work that KAS does.

Hi Shannon, Please go to the U.S. forum group for current information about a fund drive to provide a newer vehicle for Ronda to take blankets and hats to the creches and squares to the stitchers. Donations in any amount are welcome.
Good news!! The Humble Stitch Project from FL will send our squares, hats, socks, vests, cuddles, and sweaters etc to S.A. if received by dec. 15th. Mailing address is posted on the forum. Jan Wilcox, OH

Hi Shannon
Best wishes for a GREAT birthday. :0)
Hi Shannon, love your photos. Lovely work on all of them. Greetings from Canada.
Welcome to KAS Shannon and warm greetings from South Africa :)
Welcome, Shannon, from suburban Philadelphia. My younger son is coming to Wyoming this summer to visit Yellowstone. He'll also be in Cody for a Jazz Festival and wondered what else to see. Any suggestions? Glad you joined us!
Greetings Shannon from up in Canada just above MN! Welcome to a worldwide network of loving happy people helping African Aids orphans. Glad to have you with us. It's so heartening to know that in this global, often so impersonal world, we're actually making a difference, a REAL difference, in the lives of these children. Check out the Forum, above, for the various discussion threads, and Photos for all the lovely photos of members' work and Groups where you can join groups from countries around the world.
The Featured Discussions grouping (in the Forum section) show the most important subjects at the moment, latest challenges, latest news etc. I also recommend the Anyone Want to Chat Discussion section, which contains the Our Furry Companions and Yarnaholics threads. I am so much a Yarnaholic! You joined us just in time to contribute some warm squares, hats and garments for the children, as their winter is approaching as ours leaves. Thanks again for helping the AIDS orphans in Africa!
