Greetings from suburban Philadelphia in the USA! I'm so far away from the needy children of Soweto and its surrounding communities; still, I want to help them. The important work you and Wandi do for KAS and the children it serves makes it possible for all of us knitters/crocheters in the 44 countries with KAS members to connect with them.
It must be so difficult to go out into the poorest communities, without good roads or means of communication, and to witness such poverty! Yet, wherever you go, you bring a message of hope and caring. We are so grateful for all you do; thank you!
So great to see you here on the forum. I can only imagine how busy you must be with your work for the children on the ground. I hope that you find a little time now and again to kick back and enjoy the forum as the rest of us do.
Thank you for your tireless efforts on behalf of the children.
