Hi Elaine, just read your comment under my upsized squares. I'm sure your crocheting will be fine ! Just a couple of tips that I've learned along the way :-) It is sometimes necessary to do a bit of 'fudging' at the corners to make them right angles[or close to it] when crocheting around. Also I've found a hook size a bit smaller than the needles used helps to keep the square uniform.
Have fun....3 blankets worth of squares will keep you busy, busy !
Hi Elaine, the yarn is so beauiful and self - patterning, it is "Marathon Kids" by Katia wool company. I believe there are 6 or 7 varieties in color compositions. I think my next yarn will be the one with much blue and turquoise in it. xo
Goodo. All the best with the luncheon. Great job!!
Hi Elaine, thanks so much for your compliments. I did not do window dressing in the past but I seem to have a good eye and talent for composition which I use as much as possible for the Knit a Square pictures. xoxo
Hi Elaine
Thank you for your lovely comments on my jackets. I really enjoy making them but have put them on hold to do some Cozy Jumpers instead as it is pattern of the month and felt I should really support it! I'll be making another jacket soon - the buttons are ready!!

Oh thank you Elaine I love the ribbon gift.
Thanks so much Elaine - is it going in the pattern book or on your page??
xx
Yup, got it (ie, the msg). Oh... that's interesting about the tattoo. We don't have that rule here in the US.
