Love the peacock-feather colors in this self-striping yarn. Oh - my SECOND official hat!

Hi Donna, Thanks so much for the compliments about the colours. I hope indeed that the colours will bring some brightness in the life of one child. I did not start the peacock hat yet. I understood from anne powells message that slip-overs are needed (to go over the t-shirts) so I started one, in bright colours too. Warm regards.

Jeanne, your squares look great. By the time they travel for 6-8 weeks I think most squares aren't "square" when they arrive at Ronda's.

Well done....consider yourself an official hat maker !

Very pretty and warm hat, no doubt of that. Are you used worsted weight or chunky yarn here? Just curious. :) And you're a great example to the rest of us of NOT giving up if the first attempt doesn't pan out. (I still think that "ottoman" hat can be saved by the way!) You should see the pics of my Granny Squares I posted over in the Yarnaholics thread...abit warped but what the hey, at least I made some! Keep up the good example and I'll keep trying to do a perfect Granny Square!

I love those colors, and the yarn looks fuzzy and soft!

I love those colours too. How long have you been crocheting now - about a month? I'm trying to catch up with you.
