The second square i am currently working on. it is much tighter in knit and a good deal larger. * inches by eight inches. each square will be butterflied as per instructions. god bless

Bev is right, trial and error! But if you are like me, once I get the square right, size, close knit etc, I have to write  down the hook size, yarn weight and number of stitches as my memory is so bad! I  hope you enjoy making many more squares Caroline :))

Good on you, Caroline.  :))

I knit, and over the few years that I have belonged to K-A-S, I have gone from 6mm needles slowly down to 4mm....with a lot more stitches....lol.....its all trial and error.
