Such lovely pastel colors! I wouldn't mind having a much bigger size for myself in these colors! They both look extremely warm too! Great job, Jackie!! Keep up the good work and I know some child will be smiling when they put these garments on!!

the hat is rather simple actually - i added single crochet edging around the 8"squares until the circumference of the two together was large enough to fit around my head (with stretch) - i sewed the two squares together on one edge then gathered at the top by weaving a tail through the stitches - lastly - sew up the other edge. similar to making a hat with one large rectangular square. :)

This is so beautiful! Do you have the hat pattern or could you explain it over in the Patterns section? Sometimes making a hat from squares works out super like yours did and I always wonder how!
