Linda these are superWow!!!! Very beautiful. xo So nice that it is the leftover yarn from the blanket in memory of your Dad.

I should also mention, the squares were sent separately along with a photo and Wendy made up the blanket.  We don't want to incur any customs duties if we can help it !!

Thanks ladies !  This is leftover yarn from a blanket I made in memory of my Dad who passed away last year.  Here's the photo of the boy who received Dad's blanket....on Father's Day :-)

The yarn is called 'RedHeart Kids' and the colour is Crayon Multi.  It's a bit finer than I usually use which is why the Tunisian stitch works really well to provide a closer weave.  Knitting with this yarn would probably create the same effect.  I don't know if it would be available in the UK.

Wow! beautiful squares Linda - when I saw them I immediately started to sing (Joseph and his 'amazing technicolour squares' ??!)

Wonderful warm happy colours (what yarn is this?) - amazing stitch - doesn't look 'simple' to me at all. Love itx
