february 2012 challenge
Oh well, my first try ... car is crocheted from circles, semi-circles and rectangles, and then whip-stitched onto a "simple Jane". Border is in same colours as the car :-)

Jana I immediately thought "oh a truck!" as our town is on the Trans Canada highway and we see hundreds of trucks a day go through here, many with loads on the back like that yellow piece. And don't ask me to draw a car I am lousy at it. Believe me, your effort far supercedes mine...to me it's a nice truck, well done indeed! (no doubt next time out you'll do a Ferrari or something but for me this is a nice sized Lorry, as they say in the UK, carrying a chunk of granite from our local quarry!)

The colourful edging on the dark square is very eye catching. Well done on your first attempt, this will look great in a blanket :)
