I was given 3 balls of this squidgy thick orange wool so I have gone for "beside" the sea here using the colour to represent sandy beaches. This baby blanket was fast and fun to knit on 8mm needles. The picture doesn't do the vibrancy of the orange justice I'm afraid as it's rather dreich day here in Co Durham!

This beauty will brighten up any day.   I love that basketweave texture, and the thick squishy-ness of the blanket.   Well done, Karen.
