I knit one of these teddies the 5 mice then passed them to my Mum to sew up and stuff for me. She told me to leave her some wool and the teddy pattern for her to have a go......... Didn't she do well!!!

Great collection of toys - a wonderful teamwork project indeed!
Thank you Susanne. My Mum knits the puppet version of the pattern. I was surprised that she stitched the legs like this - but I agree it's effective + makes little/no difference to the bear itself. In fact one or two are a little shorter in stature as she became short of wool near the end of her wool supply! Needless to say I have given her more wool while her knitting mood is good/productive.
Fabulous Karen and Mum. I have just tried your technique with my latest Teddy... knitting the legs in one piece... less fiddle stitching up, and I'm really pleased with the result... great effect with using up scraps
Great teamwork and all sooo cute. Children will love them:))
So sweet! What a great teamwork!
You both did really well. :))
These guys are amazing....your little mice are soooo adorable.
Your Mum is so lovely...what a star.....and what a job.
Karen your Mum did fantastic! Definitely high five her from us!!!
Lovely teddies, and adore the mice Karen - so good of your Mum to perform the stuffing ceremony!
Absolutely wonderful!
Marvelous job Karen and Mom. Mom really out did herself with the bears. The children will love all these toys!
