Sometimes it is good to air your problems.
My name is Jennifer and I am a yarnaholic.
Thankfully my stash doesn't look all that scary in this picture. Okay not quite all of it is here and some of is is hiding behind others but it doesn't seem too bad does it? I'm sure there are many more of you with bigger bundles lurking in your homes.
To the left is 2 baby blankets for family babies, a big pile of squares I'm working on for KAS and my March hats which I haven't posted yet. To the right is a bundle of pieces for a friends wedding present blanket which is cream and light blues. The very front has a bundle of beautiful cotton/silk mix that I bought a year ago to make a throw-over for myself but haven't gotton round to it yet. Front right is one of my hat looms with a hat started on it. 2 of my other sized looms also have the beginnings of hats. I wanted them all to be started for a talk I am doing at the end of the month so that everyone there can have a go at hats, knitting or crochet. No one will escape having at least a little go.

Cute. Two of my daughters love sushi, particularly the one who spent 2 years in South Korea. Very well done I must say.

Ran into yarn at local Goodwill so for 90 cents ea. I got 4 skeins Wool-Ease Bulky all a Raspberry color,, 4 sk. Rugger Brunswick bulky yarn ,1 sk.Bernat Soft chunky ,1 caron Simply Soft,4 sk. fun fur type. and for $1.80 got Bernat white holiday Sparkle cotton yarn9.8 oz. I could not pass it up. Apparently the GW did not realize how much the Wool-Ease bulky cost new or they would charge more. I thought of you Jeanne when I got it and thought you might be muttering 90 cents.

Don't know. Some will go for squares and maybe hats the rest will go into my stash until I decide and have time to make something for myself.

Oh I don't know about "muttering" 90 cents...rather, clapping my hands in delight that you found such a great bargain! That's awesome. :D I love Wool-Ease Bulky, think of the thick Go-Over that could make...or several winter hats...and Caron Simply Soft...I had 6 skeins of that given to me...I'm making a slipover from it and probably have enough to make two of them. Sparkly yarn...oh I'm not too jealous...I bought 3 balls of sparkly green washable Bernat holiday acrylic for $1 a ball on after Christmas clearance at Wallyworld, so I'm quite pleased with myself. :)
