What's on your needles and hooks this month?

As we welcome the change of month and season, will your
colours /patterns/textures/appliques/embellishments reflect this, I wonder?
Will it be a month of completing projects....new yarn.....new patterns....new design ideas....or  something from yarn that has been lingering in your basket/bag?

The colour of the month is GREEN
Glorious green that makes me think of the new shoots of grass when our rains come (southern hemisphere) or the new branches/leaves sprouting on plants/trees and bulbs to herald the arrival of Spring (northern hemisphere).
Looking forward to seeing as many shades as possible.
Of course, not forgetting that March 17th is St. Patrick's Day
.......so what ya'  waiting for? Get your green on.....hahaha....and please share your crafting with us, because YOU are an inspiration!

Two BEAUT blankets, Amy!!

I especially LOVE the one on the left. That is soooo gorgeous and just screams 'African animals'.

P.s. could you please also post them under photos, for those who don't check out our 'monthly' pages. It would be such a shame if someone missed them.

Two gorgeous blankets Amy and I’m also drawn to the ‘African animal’ blanket :)

They are both stunning Amy. I love the one on the right the colours are also so African.

I like to do online jigsaw puzzles and today's picture put me in mind of your blanket, Amy!

What a lovely hobby.   Terrific picture too ❤️

Great puzzle.  I have been lucky enough to see most of these creatures.

I recently discovered online puzzles for my granddaughter. She loves doing unicorn ones. I love it....no pieces go missing....hahaha.

A predominantly green blanket for the Colour of the Month, and enough yarn over to make a few squares.

WOW Lovely colour way on this yarn.

Incredible blanket - what wool is that please I've not seen the likes of it before... ?    Your choice of design is superb ✔️✔️✔️

I've taken to writing down more details about each blanket I make, mainly for myself but also so that I can answer questions like this, Karen! This is Yarnart Ambience, which I bought online from Magic Loop. I also bought it in another shade so will probably do the same style of blanket again as I was rather pleased with how it turned out.

That's a coincidence as I'm using Yarn Art right now for a set of hats!
