Karen, I´m amazed you managed to knit the whole blaket in one piece. It must be very demanding for your hands, isn´t it?
I manage fine. I enjoy doing 2 strands to use up either very pale or awkward ply wools. ✔️
Gorgeous Karen and I’m THAT impressed that you crocheted the border.
LOVE the use of different coloured borders on variegated centres, Karla. The way you have placed them, makes me think of a stone/brick wall....unusual, but very effective.
Well, some time ago I saw some chenille yarn I liked very much so I bought it. It´s very soft and pleasant to touch it. But as you can see it´s a bit dark so I had to use coloured borders.
Great colour, patterns and textures Karla :)
An intriguing pattern with great colors.
Lot here for a little one to explore.
Such an unusual idea, Karla, particularly photographed against your rug (I have a very similar one in blue!)
Patricia,it´s interesting you´ve got a similar rug. Ours is more than 40 years old, but still it looks O.K.
