UNDER THE AFRICAN SKY - MAY THEME 2022
This month we embrace all the things that come are under the African sky.
Children...
Land...
Monuments...
People...
...and the Animals.
Now is the time to be creative with flags, animals, beadwork designs, instruments, cloth, housing styles and so much more from the continent of Africa.
Let us celebrate together, all that Africa has to show the world, and wrap the children in a warm cozy blanket.

Saw this elephant pattern and knew it was perfect for this month's theme. I hope to see it wrapped around a child soon.
I did it in mini C2C as it would have been a very large blanket otherwise. Crafted the ends with hearts to send a little love.

What a fabulous blanket! The awesome background was an inspired choice -- you clever girl, you! But also loving the hearts on the borders.
We must be reading the same topics online because I found this recently, too, and knew it was just right for KAS. So your little elephant will have a playmate soon (I hope), but sadly my little guy won't have such a cheerful playground. I'll do what I can to come up to your creative level.

Such a BEAUTIFUL creation, Amy!! What a sweet little elephant.....and the background is gorgeous!!
I LOVE the heart panels, they just finish it all off and add another element of sweetness to the blanket.
