What a great idea that the students can log their volunteer hours like this. We have similar programs in Canada but of course no KAS. Thank you for all these photos. Very encouraging to me as I had to take a break for health reasons and am now starting up again with knitting squares.
Super! The toys are enchanting and I love seeing the yarn slip-ins.
Thank you, Amy, for starting us off fresh in 2020. It's always nice to see what's happening ... and arriving! ... at the KAS Barn ... xo
From Estelle on January 14 opening day.
Heather and Joyce visited us from Waterval Village today with about 4 big black bags of lovely blankets made by the residents. All the blankets should be posted on The Forum during the next couple of weeks.
Amy your emoji came out beautifully I think Heather had a lot of fun putting it together.
Our birthday girl, Audrey, with two Cath Riley’s she joined. They are fabulous Audrey and Cath.
Karla Bystrianská from The Czech Republic sent the two fabulous crocheted blankets/ squares
Lovely to see all the activity in the Barn again. Some beautiful toys and blankets, loving the granny square blankets.
Just wondering though, what does Ronda have on her head? I hope it isn't an over large hat!
It´s nice to see so many lovely toys and beautiful blankets. I am very happy one of my parcels arrived safely to KAS, too.
Happy New Year everyone. It's great to see activity in the barn again. If you are open the wool will come!!
The Donate button provides 2 options:
Because of PayPal/banking fees, KAS asks that your donation be 5USD [or more]. Anything less, means your donation is eaten up with fees. Thank you!
Our goal is to remove the monthly deficit that Ronda and her team have to deal with. You can:
1. Make a donation whenever you are able.
2. Sign up for an ongoing monthly donation (subscription).
3. Shop at the KasShop!

"CreateCare Global has set itself two tasks. The first is physical: to bring hope, support and comfort to children for whom poverty and loss are everyday tormentors. The second, and in our view equally important, is to spread the message to the world."
Our thanks to CreateCare Global for supporting the Square Circle Forum and helping to spread the wonderful work that KAS does.
