Very late opening this thread this year for various reasons that you know about but lots of pictures have now been received and should be posted over the next few days. Many more will appear in the Blanket Room 2017 which will be opened shortly.

You are welcome. We love helping out.

Congratulations, Ronda and the KAS Team, from all of us at the Clear Lake Methodist KAS group in Houston.  Well done!  The labels and banner and registration are such a big step in a new and wonderful direction.  So proud of KAS and its fantastic work to spread God's love in so many directions!   Love from us all...........................

I have to ask is that Uncle Themba to the left in two of the photos?  That cake looks marvelous.  It's always good to celebrate birthdays. So glad you two ladies are with us helping distribute our squares and toys for us.

It was a happy spring day at KAS with Ronda about to do her spring dance and some of us working :-)

Ann examining the motifs from The Czech Republic and about to unpack the enormous box from them.
Ann decided that she would have her own tea party with the pink tea set made by Deborah Anderson Fleming from the USA.

Oh my goodness.....look at all the many and so hard at work for 'our' children.  :))

HAPPY BIRTHDAY wishes to Lindi and Athele!!

Lovely to see Deborah's tea set has arrived in SA.  :))

I agree with you Bev, I'm amazed and happy to see all these volunteers so hard at work. It sounds like the Czech package of motifs will keep the Not-A-Square ladies busy for a while. Some I'm sure can be sewn onto existing squares to make them thicker and warmer.  I have to ask is that Uncle Themba to the left in two of the photos?  Great much being done. I'm delighted!  Way to go all of you!  :D That pink tea set might make a nice play set for one of the creche nursery schools. Definitely not your usual Knit A Square arrival. :)

A few more pics from the Barn :

Love the Police man and Fire man dolls, so cute!

Totally agree, Wendy....and that pom pom hat is very cute, too.

Happy Birthday Lindiwe and Athele !!!!

Love that Tea set, a creche would really like to have it. Adorable dolls, fabulous blankets piles and piles of squares and even Ronda dancing. It must have been a great day !

Because of PayPal/banking fees, KAS asks that your donation be 5USD [or more].  Anything less, means your donation is eaten up with fees.  Thank you!

Our goal is to remove the monthly deficit that Ronda and her team have to deal with. You can:

1. Make a donation whenever you are able.

2. Sign up for an ongoing monthly donation (subscription).
