Hi KASfriends.

Well, its that time of year again; time for a new beginning, a new discussion.....so.....

Won't you share a thought or two?

A joke...or maybe a story?

Perhaps a snippet of your day?

Or your life in all its glory......

I invite you, one and all, to visit this new 2015 discussion and share whatever is on your mind.....the good, the bad...and the not too ugly.

Remember, you are among friends.

Even kittens like to share a yarn......

The 2014 Share A Yarn? discussion will be archived, but still available for reading and reminiscing.

I just love the additions, Jeanne!

Thanks Valerie.  My youngest daughter says her bedspread would need toddler in the middle plus two large dogs somewhere across the bottom with cats across the top!  hahaha

How wise he is to recognise and accept such an evident truth!!!!

Agreed!  Must save him a lot of grief, hahahaha.

No Cat?  Knit one!

That's the very best knitted cat pattern that I've ever seen. I do so much regret not being able to knit well.

Thank you Pam for finding this photo.

I agree.  I am thinking what a comfort this knitted cat might be for seniors living in seniors' homes that can't keep pets any longer?  It is certainly a beautiful pattern, someone put a lot of love into it.

Your idea is so good. That would certainly be a comfort for some.

Hi everyone,
Hope this is the right place to put this...
My friend really loves this flowery jacket: http://patronesparacrochet.blogspot.com/2014/07/chaqueta-flores-de-...
But the trouble is we think it's in French, maybe a little Spanish thrown in for good measure, and neither of us can understand the instructions. She think she understands how to make the flowers (because of the diagram) but she is looking for someone to translate especially the part about how to join them together. Can any of you help?
Thanks

Hi Cherry, the website is proving very difficult to get into, as a dialog box comes up which is difficult to clear, whilst it is in position the rest of the site fades and is unreadable. Did you manage to download a file copy first?

Best to post this in Questions, Answer & Help as more people will see it from there : http://forum.knit-a-square.com/forum/categories/questions-answers-h...

Also, it might be worth posting on the USA Group page as well!

"CreateCare Global has set itself two tasks. The first is physical: to bring hope, support and comfort to children for whom poverty and loss are everyday tormentors. The second, and in our view equally important, is to spread the message to the world."
