Ronda and Wendy continue to bring us wonderful photographs of the children receiving their blankets, hats and garments. Along with many story snippets of their experiences at the variations places.  These photographs not only confirm to the world that by taking direct action our members are making a difference

Oh that sad little guy in the middle of all the group shots without a hat....I'm sure he got one but what a heartstring tugger...and that little guy/gal at the end....it can be so overwhelming for them.  I particularly love the picture just above it, that little one is entirely swallowed up in that blanket, the one with the green edging around it and the green striped hat.

I look at the ground, covered in old mats and wish I could help everyone in those photos and give the women such big hugs...thank you for hugging them for us.  Do they ever get given hats too? I mean we have lots of hats and they must get cold too?

A wonderful feast of photos. I love recognising some of the Grace vests and Kathy's?vest and the Zanny T.  Its is so great that we have had creative people inventing pretty and serviceable garments for the children.

Awwwwwww!!!!

FROM WENDY : I received this photo just too late to include in the KZN report.  My
sister-in-law Chantel handed some KAS blankets to these young mums for their
babies.

A very worthy cause. Thanks to Chantel.

My name is Rika Boersma.  My husband and I run a orphanage in Mozambique, called All Nations Mozambique. We have 30 children.  Through our friend, Leonie Smith, we have received blankets from your organization - knit-a-square.

Thank you so much.  What a tremendous blessing these blankets are.  Each child has chosen their own blanket and are sleeping warm.

I am on FaceBook and will post some photos.  Will also e-mail you some, so you can share with those whose hands have worked hard to bless our children.

Thankfull Blessings, Rika Boersma, All Nations Mozambique

"CreateCare Global has set itself two tasks. The first is physical: to bring hope, support and comfort to children for whom poverty and loss are everyday tormentors. The second, and in our view equally important, is to spread the message to the world."
