I love these pictures...thank goodness your temps are warming up a little over there, these children are not warmly dressed but at least now they have a blanket and top and hat or handwarmers! The poses in some of the pictures, my I have been chuckling! Thank you for sharing these with us, Pam. They do make my day!

Here is the meeting with Joy Coetzee : Joy Coetzee is a retired nurse who gives special attention to premature and full-term babies born in the Ladysmith Hospital, alongside several other facets to her charity, the Ruth Mailbag Group, with which many of our own contributors have become familiar over the years.
