Welcome to our November theme
Put on a Happy Face.
This month was going to be hosted by our dear friend, Anne Powell. Sadly, Anne passed away suddenly, in March.
Looking through her photos has sure put a smile on my dial. I have included some of her fun faces in the picture squares below. They are the little pink pig and the yellow/red and blue/blue variegated smiley faces.
Faces of all kinds are so engaging and just looking at them can put a smile on our own.
Squares featuring animal faces
Fun Emojis....
And all manner of fun faces
If picture squares are not your thing, please consider making striped or single colour squares in colours that will have you putting on a happy face.
And for your toe tapping pleasure...

Thanks, Gloria ... who else would know it was Tunisian, but the Queen of Tunisian-Gloria!
Wehey, what a cheeky eye-catching face. Love it ✔️
Thanks, Karen. That face always make me wonder "What did he just eat? His cheeks are puffed out, his mouth is puckered, and his eyes are crossed." Whatever if was, I certainly don't want one!
He is sooo cute, Sharon!!
Thank you for making another. :))
I hope it was a month of 'happy' interruptions for you. xo
Not sure about 'happy' but mostly productive ... I volunteered to help with a Masks for Schools project, and made more than 200 in 2 weeks. Then took a few days to unwind the cramps in my shoulders, and my computer died on me. I knew it was on its last legs, but kept putting off a new one because it is such a pain to get one set up and find files again and get software working again. UGH! But that's were I am now, slowly getting the new computer working to my way of thinking. Good thing there is knitting and crocheting to keep the stress level down.
I feel your pain, Sharon...or at least I will do. I have requested a laptop for Christmas, as mine is so out of date, I keep getting messages telling me I need a new one AND Windows 10. I am shaking in my shoes just thinking about learning how to use it and hoping I don't lose any files.
At least we can share our misery as we both get these new computers working to our liking. They say misery loves company!
I've used Windows 10 for quite awhile, so can't remember exactly what was different about it, but definitely don't remember that it was difficult to use. Hope that provides just a teeny bit of comfort for you.
Now, if I could just get my printer working properly .... LOL.
I remember your first one Sharon...he does make one smile.
Marion, your creativity and your talents nevef cease to amaze me!!! What a delightfjl "picture" for a child to find in a blanket. Sooooo cute ... xo
Oh Marion, brilliant! Just love their expressions. Your attention to detail is amazing. Great, great square.
Absolutely AMAZING ... These are the happiest frogs ever! Whatever time it took to make this, it was well worth that time. A lucky child will have fun with this for years and years. IT looks like so much fun, I want to jump in that frog pond with them.
