As we anticipate the season change to Spring in the northern hemisphere and Autumn in the southern, it is time to look to the Four Seasons for inspiration.

What will your squares be like in shades of Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter?

Listening to Vivaldi’s Four Seasons violin concertos

Or, for those of us of a certain age: singing along with

Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons

Whatever sparks your creativity, please post photos of your squares here and on the photo page.

Just a reminder:  Please securely butterfly  a 20”/50 cm tail to each square, to help the sewers in South Africa.

4 seasonal hats by Karla's daughter Irena.  Love how they are so representative of the seasons !

Three summer-y squares, along with two packs of transportation stickers that didn't get into last month's challenge! (These are my first ever crocheted squares)

Spring - Apple Blossom Time.  Our neighbour has a beautiful apple tree that looks something like this :-)

Playing around with patterns this week and also happened to have some Autumn colours to knit them in :)  These are all types of broken rib patterns, just with variations on the number of stitches that are knitted and purled.  The 'middle' orange square is also my 1500th square!

Wishing you all a wonderful International Women's Day!

You are all extraordinary women!

All of your squares for this challenge are just beautiful! I have been helping Pam with the Facebook page and am posting your photos there. Come have a look!

I saw a photo of tulip fields in The Netherlands and thought it would make a perfect square for this challenge.  Here is my translation:-)

This is my first post for this challenge, so I hope I do this right.  I found a free pattern called Showers of Spring, and it seemed just right for this month.  All the other squares are so inspiring and look amazing!

"CreateCare Global has set itself two tasks. The first is physical: to bring hope, support and comfort to children for whom poverty and loss are everyday tormentors. The second, and in our view equally important, is to spread the message to the world."
