LEGS & WINGS, FINS & SLITHERY THINGS: ANIMALS ABOUND - JULY THEME 2017

This July we are going to celebrate animals of all types and sizes. They can be on squares, be a blanket, be accents on handwarmers or beanies, and my favorite a toy.  Can't wait to see what walks, flies, swims or squirms onto these pages.

Awww, Heather, I think Monkey looks soooo adorable nestled in the centre of those pretty squares. Another blanket for one lucky child to treasure.  :))

A gorgeous fun blanket for a child! I will look forward to seeing your next C2C picture Heather :))

Well, no legs, fins, wings or slithery things inight! But we have the places where they live or can be seen...... the dark blue of lakes and oceans, the paler blue of the sky and the green of the grass :))

I know that Go-Overs aren't on the wish list at the moment, but I'm sure it will find a home.

Chris, this is gorgeous!!  I love the colors in that yarn - just beautiful!  The collar and button are such sweet additions.  I just know it will be 'warmly welcomed' into whatever home it finds :)) ... xo

Thank you Glo. A kind friend gave me some money for my birthday to treat myself to some yarn that perhaps I wouldn't normally afford. I saw this aran yarn and loved it and I have enough to make another Go -Over! It wasnt really expensive, but a joy to work with :))

Chris,

This is truly lovely!  What a sweet friend to give you money so you could indulge.  I can just see so many fish swimming through these inviting waters.  So good to see your GO again.  I miss making them!

I immediately thought of the ocean before I read your comment, Chris.  :))

Although these aren't foremost on Ronda's list anymore, they are still distributed to children who need them......and someone is going to be thrilled with this G-O.

How kind of you to use your birthday money to keep a child warm.....you sweetie, you.  xo

July 2017 Theme - Legs, Wings, Fins & Slithery things - Animals Abound

Under the sea.....starfish seahorses and an octopus blowing bubbles...lol.

I love all of your little sea creatures Bev, but the bubble blowing octopus made me smile, very cute! I can imagine a child laughing when they see it!

Oh my, these are the most delightful squares. They are going to be terrific in a blanket.  Undersea wonders.

Some huggable friends for the children.

Ooo, look at Peter Rabbit.  These are such cuties!
