Really pretty, Susan, and I have to agree that the blue is gorgeous!

All of them are very pretty, but I am drawn to the last one :))

Thank you Susan....five BEAUTIFUL grannies!! Your colourways are always just so pretty.

I am torn between two and three as my fave.  :))

Those Granny Squares are lovely - so bright and colourful.

I love all your trademark Granny Squares, Susan. The colours are lovely.

January 2022 Theme - All Creatures Great And Small

Unfortunately, despite taking pics in and outside, this is the best my camera could come up with.  It is a bright raspberry pink colour.

Now, the obvious choice for an accompanying tune could be Baa Baa Black Sheep, or Mary had a little Lamb, but I LOVED the following tv show tune when my children used to watch this show when they were very little....sung by Lamb chop and friends.

Here is the link.....

For those of you who are not familiar with this show, here is a little background info...

I'm not familiar with the show, Bev, but you've posted the same link twice so I'm no wiser!

Moving on from the sheep to the goat, I thought of this absolute classic:

Fabulous squares, of course.

I wondered what possible song there could be about a goat....and then it came to me.......I guessed right...haha.

I LOVE this song...as I do the movie and all the songs in it......truly a classic!!

Oops, having a senior moment, yesterday when adding the links. This is the other one I meant to post...

Oh Bev, this is funny.  When Patricia suggested moving from sheep to goat, I immediately thought of a song that is dear to my heart!  I'll try to make this l-o-n-g story short ... hahaha

When I was a little Gloria, much littler than today ;), I was one of quite a few sibs.  When Mom and Dad would take us on a little car trip, there was always music - from us, of course.  One of the songs that made our journey a happy one was Bill Grogan's Goat.

So please imagine, if you will, my Dad singing the first line and the rest of us kids joining in by repeating.  What a fun time we had singing along to that song ... xo

I've never heard that one before.

I was picturing six (?) earnest little faces (with maybe mischievous twinkling eyes)  singing with gusto in response to their father's fun tune.....that was a cute and funny song.....hahaha.

Bev, you're quite right ... there would have been 5 or 6 and sometimes 7 of us all singing along ... some more enthusiastically than others, by the way ... hahaha ... xo

I love these little snippets from each other's lives. I hadn't heard of Bill Grogan's Goat but it did bring to mind yet another goat song from many years ago:
