Hi Eileen, the information is available in "Postage 2013". Click on 'Forum' on the above tabs and then scroll to Postage 2013.
It also gives an idea of how much it costs to post. Each country is different so you'll have to check the UK for the correct cost.
There is still a postage strike in South Africa but small parcels [up to 2 kg] are getting to Ronda.
