VERY beautiful squares ❤️

Lovely squares Patricia, as always so beautifully made, the "granny on the ridge pattern", I love it and the yarn you used is beautiful.

So pretty Patricia you have a way with delicate, pretty colours.

I love not only the pattern but the yarn too.

Karen, you and your stash are helping to create some bright and very beautiful blankets for the children!  Such happy squares :) ... xo

Two BEAUTIES, Karen!! That is such a pretty green you have and I love the soft grey patterned stripe in the left square.  :))

A different interpretation of stripes.  Pattern is called Rainbow Galaxy.

Made this with the South African Flag colors, but it also works for the Olympics.

It will be hard to part with this one, but I hope to see it wrapped around a child in July for Mandela Day.

My first thought is, "How'd you do that??"  This is amazing, Amy!  Little fingers will spend hours tracing the swirls of colour in this one.  You've outdone yourself here, my dear.  What a beautiful accomplishment this is.

Okay ... now do it again ... slowly ... so I can see how it's done ... haha ... xo

Wow, Amy, what a masterpiece! Are they all individual squares sewn together? However did you keep track of the colour changes? I'm in awe.

Out of this world Amy!!!    It looks impossible to even guess where you start,  nevermind how you carried on.   Astounding !!!

Thanks ladies.

The pattern is very well written and has diagrams for laying squares out.  Each square is made up of three colors ( yellow, red, yellow, blue)  Sewing it up was the challenge as each side requires two different colors to close the side.

Will most likely attempt again in the future....far future.

Kept me busy during the Australian Open and the Olympics.
