Adorable! I just love the heart.
Sean, these are fabulous!! And what a brave soul you are ... that novelty yarn can't be easy to work with. These will be great addition to a child's blanket.
My favorite colour is blue, but throughout this month I've gained a new respect for different shades of purple which, by the way, was my dear Dad's favorite colour :) xo
Very nice - quite snazzy in fact - love them X
BEAUTIFUL squares, Sean!!! Good on ya' for wrestling with the fun fur. :))
As purple is my second fave colour (close behind pink) I am loving the different shades/effects.
Three beauties in my favourite colour :))
First, I want to say a big THANK YOU to Gloria for a fun and pretty month. There are so many delightful designs shown here, the whole team of volunteers should be proud, with special thanks to Gloria for inspiring us all.
Here's my striped blanket for this month. It has stripes; it has diagonals; it has variegated yarns; it has purple (and some blue); therefore, it has it all. OOPS! It isn't done! So sorry, but my knitting is quite s-l-o-w, so the blanket isn't quite finished .... yet. I promise that it will eventually be completed and the two halves will be put together, with a nice border to finish. Thank you for your patience.
Sharon this blanket looks a masterpiece! Such a terrific idea, and your colour choices are sublime . I've knit a blanket in two big pieces like this and it took me ages too - keep ganin dalin',........ it'll all be worth it in the end....oh, and mega kudos X
Wow, a beauty in the making! Looking forward to seeing it completed :))
Haha Sharon, I sorta figured you had something phenomenal up your sleeve :)) What a beauty this is ... and a huge undertaking! It is absolutely gorgeous with its bright colours and warmth. You never cease to amaze me, my dear, with your creativity, your talent, and your dedication to the children. Thank you ... xo
It's gonna be GREAT, Sharon!!! LOVING the design, thus far. :))
How do you get it to be a rectangular shape, please? Are you perhaps only increasing on one side?
