Have emailed Lynn Zwerling in the hope that she may have time to make contact, or look up KAS - as I mentioned us and G4Securities. Perhaps Anne you could feature something from the Knitting for Peace book in the next ezine? It would be lovely to know more about it.
Thanks to Anne Lokken and yourself, Pam, for sharing such an uplifting story.
I have heard of the "Knitting for Peace" book before on another knitting forum, Anne. I might have to make loud hints for Christmas..Hopefully its available worldwide.
I bought my copy of Knitting for Peace in Waterstones, Norwich. Not sure where you are Bev...but I know it"s available on Amazon. The author is American so some of the book is about USA ventures but some are international. Hope Father Christmas is listening....:)

Good news coming from New Zealand this morning: the first batch of penguins who had been harmed by a recent oil spill have been released back into the wild.
Facebook - more evidence of male knitting - at the pub drinking in 1932!
I love this photo! Somehow I can't see my son and his friends being persuaded to take up knitting at the pub though!
