Well, not bits and pieces but yarn that I took from my stash just before Christmas last year, I put it in a bag ready to use, and it has been patiently waiting until now! I love the way that each ball created a different self pattern…

Wehey -  what a Bobby dazzler.   A super blanket Chris.   I'm amused at your persistence in keeping the wool within your sights -  sometimes I move my intended project balls that many times from box to bag to box etc,  I forget my plans for it!    Patience is a virtue ❤️

Wow, makes my eyes go a little wooky but I love it.  I'm glad I'm not the only one to move yarn around and get to it a year later.

Ditto!! Problem is, in my mind the yarn is still where it was, two or three moves ago...so where is it now???!!!....hahaha. Happens all the time.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha,....... Laughed way too much at this Bev ✔️✔️✔️

By doing the wide edging, Chris, I find it gives the illusion of a shallow box shape. I can't stop looking at it, and once you've seen something like that you can't un-see it. Our very own Magic Eye picture! A fabulous blanket.

I didn’t see the box, but you are right Patricia, now I can’t un-see it! :)

Such ORGEOUS yarn, Chris!! LOVE how it has worked up in this blanket.  :))

Oh my goodness, I can see the shadow box effect now that you mention it, Patricia!  What a beautiful blanket, Chris.  I can just imagine a child all snuggled up warm and cozy in it ... xo

Wow Chris that’s stunning!

The ultimate bits and pieces blanket. This was made entirely with relatively small lengths so I resorted to the magic knot as I couldn't face all those ends. (The blanket was completed and photographed when there were still leaves on the trees - it isn't as green as that out there now.)

Absolutely beautiful and in reality made from nothing........ but love and care that is!   Well done you ❤️✔️✔️
