Great Job, Gloria! Love the colors on the candy cane square -- the perfect yarn choice.
The tree looks beautiful, especially with its bright shining star on top.
I came across a second ball of this garden inspired variegated wool, so made a few diagonals with it - and also a small amount of red which I've used for basketweave squares (which was languising in my bag).
This blues yarn cake has been hanging around in my project bag since the Opposites Attract Theme I hosted in February as I had intended to use it to represent "Boys" (I also have a pink set from a yarn cake for "Girls", which I'll post soon).
A great selection of squares, Karen.
You've reminded me - I was intending to ask for Zanny's Basketweave Square as the PoM. Who adds that? Gloria?
Yes, Patricia, I will add that for you :)) The fault is mine, I'm afraid. I simply forgot to ask ... so I apologize .. xo
Better late than never, Gloria!! Thank you.
Beautiful squares as always, Karen. Your diagonals are always so incredibly perfect!
I especially love the blue selection. No surprise there, I bet ... xo
15 lovely warm squares Karen, I like the basketweave pattern too :))
Beautiful work, as always. I just can't believe how fast you can turn these out. You must have those special jet-powered knitting needles.
I'm sure she does, Sharon. :))
A SUPERB collection, Karen!! Surprisingly, I think my faves are the diagonals. Though not normally much of a 'green' person, those three colours, together, are so fresh and yummy-looking.
Beautiful! I see what you've done here - and I LOVE it, Kx
Sharon, your blanket is a gem!!! Blue sapphire, ruby, topaz, diamond, amethyst ... what have I missed? Simply gorgeous ... xo
