Wow! That purple and grey one is a stunning colour combination. LOVE it!!
Lovely to see Chris's blanket has made it to the blanket room....and great to see some of Jenni's (aka Harrison's Mum) blankets too. A long time KAS supporter.

Opening Day 7th March. Blankets sewn by Norma, Liz, Audrey, Estelle, Wandi, and Elaine, a few from Antoinette's Group and two from Karen Gordon.

the 5th one from the top - green with the matching stripes through each square - is very effective!

I agree, Sadie. No matter how many blankets we see, people still seem to come up with completely original ideas.

Sadie, that's the one I had my eye on for future reference....always assuming I remember when next I'm thinking of inspiration....memory of a goldfish!!!

Wow!! Haven't they done a fantastic job with the stitching together. I LOVE all the diagonal and striped blankets...and my eyes were really popping out of my head at the gorgeous neon and black blanket. I could look at that all day.....stunning!!

Photographs have been a bit thin on the ground this month, mainly due to the flooding suffered at the Barn, but Ronda has managed to send some through from this week's Opening Day.
Group A
Some blankets from the Mable Evaton Group. Others have had details lost due to the flood but I spot some of Sharen Stennett's fabulous appliques and Ada's giraffe. Also I'm guessing Jill Lea's lovely squares. If you can claim any of these squares or blankets, please do.

Three beauties from Anneke. a few from Waterval Misfits, some sewn by Wandi and by Liz, and six blankets sent by Valerie Zalewski in France.
