Thanks for that link Saron. I love those squares too. Will give them a try

Here's a square that I just made using the pattern from above.   My yarn may have had much shorter lengths of colors, and was probably thicker than what was used in the blankets above, because it seems much coarser.

Lovely lovely lovely stripes amongst these blankets.   Terrific use of colours in the unusual style squares everyone is raving about.......mmmm, very clever - can we call them the *clever square* perhaps, lol.

Athelé, you made such a beatiful blanket of my "terrific tiger" and other squares, I saw in the Blanket Room. Thank you very much!

Today's colourful treats from Opening Day 27th July.

Sorry Snoopy is upside-down - I could have turned him round if I'd noticed earlier!

OOOH!    AAAH!   Another fantastic group of photos showing all the fantastic squares and blankets.

The Snoopy Blanket is a real winner, from any direction!   But I could say the same thing about all of them, and it will still be true.

Thank You.

My goodness!    More terrific ideas for my never ending *to try* list.   Thanks for the amazing variety.   I'm sure the children will love the colours too.

Blankets to brighten your weekend. Still going with Opening Day 27th July.

Zipperty-doo-dah!!   Astonishing selection here.   Every one a winner.   It feels mean to draw attention to favourites but I congratulate the all-in-one's, the orange based with the Smiley,  ALL of the stripes and diagonals, Amy's fabulous sweet treats and yellow stained glass looking beauty, and the magnificent giraffe - and oh I spotted a few of my own squares!!

Wow, so many gorgeous blankets, impossible to pick a favourite, so many lovely colours and patterns.

The Pink granny squares realy stand out
