Welcome to the Blanket Room 2021. These photos were taken on the 19th January, the first opening day of this new year. I'm guessing that the large "B" in Group A is Amy's work - if I'm wrong, my apologies to whoever made it.

In Group B, I spy blankets made by Chris Chiplen and Karen Gordon from the UK.

Group A

Great start to a new year.  Yes the B is mine.  The last blanket is a Cathy Riley creation.  I believe Diane Burns did the first blanket.

Group B

Yes, the alphabet is Chris's blanket.  Yellow, pinks and greens is from Heather Mensah.

Diane Burns has another on in this group, and there is one from Ada Brewer.

Beautiful work from everyone. Thanks Patricia.

Lots of lovely colour. Especially like the alphabet blanket.

Thanks Patricia for sharing do many lovely blankets with us!

I’m delighted to see my alphabet blanket :))

I had a lovely time having a good old look at all of these beauties today (including one of my own, posted beginning of Dec).    There's a definite air of professionalism through all of them.   Thanks for both the time in taking the pictures and for posting them - it was the highlight of my day as so little else is going on!   ♥️

so pleased to see my first ever blanket has reached SA safely

Chuffed to bits for you Heidi - the joy of this never gets any less no matter how many of your own you are lucky enough to see.   ✔️

So happy for you Heidi.

Hoping you get to see it wrapped around a child soon is an upcoming distribution.

 Thanks Amy & Karen

I had planned to just send the squares but mum was so bored as she was (& still is) isolating, on her own I took her the squares & got her to sew them up....so in many ways it was a joint effort.

I've sent her a link to this page so she can see it for herself x
