Welcome to the Blanket Room for 2020.
We hope you will enjoy the variety of squares/blankets/designs
that will be featured throughout this year.
If you spy some squares or even a blanket or two that you have crafted
please do let us know.
There's nothing like a group celebration. :))
We rejoice in your talents and generosity.
Here's a little taster of what you might see....
So, please keep your eyes peeled for your wonderful crafting and know that each and every square or blanket you create, is much needed and much appreciated.
Praise and many thanks to our sewing team who take our individual crafting, mix and match squares and sew these beautiful blankets together.
Sorry folks, you will notice that there are two pics of one blanket. There was actually four photos of this blanket scattered throughout this batch sent to me and I thought I had caught all the extras....oops. :))
Stunning blankets in this batch!!
Thank you. Don't the striped, diagonal, picture and themed squares stand out well. So much to take in!!
Some beauties indeed but I adore the one above the picture of the magazine.
What a gorgeous array Bev.
Cheers for your time in uploading these. Loads to look at. I especially love the simplicity of the black + white gingham effect one - a masterpiece!
What a stunning display here. Thank you, Bev!
Karen, I love that black & white gingham too. A little inspiration there, perhaps :))
There are so many beauties that it's impossible to choose just one. I'm particularily interested in the two squares in the upper left corner of the 3rd blanket down. They look like a sort of swing knitting like we have been trying out. I wonder who created them. They're lovely!
The racoon is a real treat! And the diagonals ... the stripes ... the zigzag of #11 ... the X of #15 ... Lots of warmth, love and fun for the children ...xo
I think the 'Joy' double square is Amy's...but is the racoon hers, too?
Popping in during a layover.
Yes, both are mine.
Thanks for keeping good track of things Bev.
Thanks Bev. A lovely display of colour. My favourites are the first one and the red and black squares.
Boy...oh boy.....oh boy.....oh! We're so good at these squares and blankets aren't we - too many fabulous ones for me to pick one out - thank you!
