Welcome to the Blanket Room for 2020.
We hope you will enjoy the variety of squares/blankets/designs
that will be featured throughout this year.
If you spy some squares or even a blanket or two that you have crafted
please do let us know.
There's nothing like a group celebration. :))
We rejoice in your talents and generosity.
Here's a little taster of what you might see....
So, please keep your eyes peeled for your wonderful crafting and know that each and every square or blanket you create, is much needed and much appreciated.
Praise and many thanks to our sewing team who take our individual crafting, mix and match squares and sew these beautiful blankets together.

So many amazing blankets - bright colours, lovely pictures, charming characters, stripes and diagonals....... Of course, I have to say I like the one my Mum, Patricia Hornby, made the best....... (3 up in the last set of photos).
Hi Everyone. My apologies for having let you all down by failing to keep up with the Blanket Room posts. Life has become very busy for me since March and my to do list for any free time is always sooo long. Patricia, I thank you for your offer to take over posting the pics and am happy to advise you on how I do it.
Bev, thank you for all the time and dedication you have given. We all appreciate it very much xx
Oh my!!! I see a blanket made of my squares - I have never done that before - sending mostly plain colours it is not easy to know which are yours - but the one above with the colour names sewn on and several rainbow squares is definitely a heap of my squares. Thank you so much to my Gogol partner for sewing it up so wonderfully. God bless the child that gets the fruit of our labours!!!
I'm so pleased for you, Rebecca. I've been longing for somebody to come forward and claim their squares!
Thanks, Patricia, for all these photos of the colourful blankets. Looks very professional to me!
Great job, Patricia. Thank you!
Well done Patricia, I've enjoyed my coffee + perusal of these glorious goodies ✔️
Great job Patricia. Thanks for sharing all these lovelies with us. A feast for the eyes, for sure.
Thanks Patricia they all look jolly good to me. That’s a massive job you’ve taken on.
