Two 'honeycomb' squares in the CoM, but also representative of the lucky red of Chinese N Year and Tomatina Day and Valentine's Day....and Christmas. Gee, these squares are working really hard for this theme....hahaha.

Thank you to Kiran for sharing this pattern back in February. I LOVE this pattern, although as a slow knitter, I find the changing from k1, p1 a bit time consuming.  :)) It does make a lovely thick, squishy square, even using 8 ply.

If you look at the above colour chart, I  would say it was 'red', though my camera is showing it to be more of a 'ferrari'....and who doesn't love a ferrari??!!....haha.

Gorgeous red Bev. Love the pattern and a Ferrari indeed. Let's CELEBRATE!!

Bev, these are great!  I hope I can find time to try this pattern, as well.  I like the TC honeycomb, but am very anxious to try the knitted version.  Thanks for the nudge :)) ... xo

Beautiful pattern, Bev.

I want to do this stitch even more now!   Beautiful Xx

Great into Bev and lots to think about! I love your red squares :))

Well, as I love Christmas, I thought I would start off with a Christmas tree, and a CoM PJ to go with it…

Chris, what a delightful square for a child to find tucked into their blanket :)  xo

Super Christmas tree Chris great start to our celebrations.

What a lovely applique, Chris.

VERY cute.  This applique will really stand out in a blanket ✔️

WOW, that's a super-sized Christmas tree, Chris!! What a beauty!! LOVING your shade of red, too.  :))
