But is this one cro-knit, Gloria?
Yes, Lesley, this one is cro-knit. I just used the same method of increasing as the regular crochet version ... sort of ... xo
I'm a bit behind the times here - I don't think I've ever seen coloured popcorn before and I've only recently discovered that I like Sweet & Salty. Very pretty square anyway!
I've never made coloured popcorn, but I think I recall buying it once or twice when the kids were little.
A Beautiful interpretation of candy corn, Gloria. Now you're making me hungry again.
Lovely colours Glo, I’ve never seen coloured popcorn, but I will look out for some :))
The Easter Bunny has been a little late arriving to my house. :))
These have not been sewn on to the squares as yet, because they have beaded eyes and mouth, which I need to remove and create embroidered ones, for safety. The creamy-coloured, velvety, bunnies have a little pink rosette headband on each ear, which is lost in the pic. :))
Love these bunnies, and they stand out so well against the black. Hope they brought you some Easter eggs!
They're coming....... :))
Did get a lousy scratchy throat/headcold for Easter, which has taken a turn for the worse today. :((
Sorry to hear that, Bev - I recommend hot lemon and honey, along with the Easter eggs, of course :)) Hope you feel better soon.
Oh Bev, what cuties! They will certainly be a treat in a child's blanket :))
I'm sorry you've come down with a bug. Along with Lesley's advice of hot lemon and honey (i agree!!) and lots of Easter eggs, try to get plenty of rest. Maybe your body is trying to tell you something ... xo
What sweet appliqués, Bev. Sending get well wishes.
