Fabulous blanket again Sandra - you have an amazing imagination, and the patience of a Saint with all the colour changes and ends to sew in. Kudos!
Another really clever blanket, Sandra.
A wonderful ‘happy’ blanket :))
WOW! Sandra, you've done it again. This is bright, fun, cheerful blanket that will be cherised by a lucky child.
Sandra, this is fabulous. I can imagine a little one mimicking those smiles when wrapped in the warmth of this special blanket. What a lovely gift ... xo
Hi Bev, Gloria
That is so funny.
I should pretend that I knew about Smiley Face Lollipops and that was why I knitted the blanket, but I didn't! I'm not much into lollies, though sometimes enjoy a Tim Tam biscuit, but not that often these days.
Sandra
Another gorgeous blanket, Sandra. I love it.
During covid I have discovered that Allens now make packets of just Black Cats. I have eaten the odd one or two when they have been in a 'party mix' pack and wasn't overly impressed...now I love them!! Googling them today, I discovered they now make chocolate coated ones...will have to go looking in a grocery store...they sound yum!!
Bev, what a sweet square. A little friend for a child to find :)) And your beautiful duplicate stitching is a treat for everyone to see! xo
Haven't seen or heard of any cat sweets - the one on the packet front looks a bit cross - unlike yours on the square which gives an air of "what is it thinking?". Purrrfect!
Gosh - all these new sweets. I love aniseed but I'm not sure I'd want it coated in chocolate. Love the square, Bev.
My theory is..... anything that I like that is then coated in chocolate cannot be bad, Patricia....hahaha.

This item will allow Knit-a-Square to pay our wonderful co-team workers – the Gogos (grandmothers) – to sew the squares received from across the globe into blankets for the children. $5 US will pay for 4 blankets to be stitched together.
