Lindi had a distribution at S’phiwesihle ECD Centre in Klipspruit with help from Wandi and Themba, on October 11, 2022.

I really love the last blanket all edged in red - simple but very effective idea.

Were all the children asleep when you put the blankets on them? I wonder what their reaction was when they woke up!

Vivienne and Themba went to Boitumelo Daycare Centre on October 18, and came back with these incredible pictures.  Well done!

Please remember it is for the POPI laws that protect the children's identities that be blur out their lower faces.

Absolutely fabulous Thank You.   Lots of lovely colours.   I see my brown, mustard, and green blanket wrapped around it's new owner ✔️

So glad you got to see your work in this distribution.

I was lucky to see one of my blankets, too.  Just give you that warm fuzzy feeling.

purple, orange and pink are not colours I would have thought to put together (8th photo from the bottom) but they make a gorgeous blanket!

The main blanket in the 3rd photo down is a pattern  I want to master (the crochet square without gaps). So far I haven't been very successful, but seeing this beautiful blanket makes me want to try again.

The last few photos of the children playing with the toys - they seem to be really enjoying themselves.

The little girl on the left in the bottom photo is holding my Rhapsody in Blue blanket (I think so anyway from the portion I can see). The yarn has a slight sparkle to it so I hope it brings a bit of sparkle to her world.

Spectacular blankets!

When Wandi and Temba hop in the KAS van it means another distribution for KAS.

Here are the latest photos from their November 15 distribution to Emuseni Day Care Centre in Orlando East.

Wandi and Themba’s destination for their distribution this morning.

Beautiful blanket Patricia Underwood.

Happy and grateful children.

Jill Lea one of yours there….don’t you love the expression in their smiling eyes?

The little boy with my blanket seems to have swapped hats from one photo to another! This looks a very well organised nursery.

So he has!!    Well spotted ✔️

I was thinking what a good match the orange hat was and then wondered why I hadn't noticed it in the first photo ... because it wasn't there!

"CreateCare Global has set itself two tasks. The first is physical: to bring hope, support and comfort to children for whom poverty and loss are everyday tormentors. The second, and in our view equally important, is to spread the message to the world."

Our thanks to CreateCare Global for supporting the Square Circle Forum and helping to spread the wonderful work that KAS does.
