2015 TALLY
The reason we send our parcels:
Reminders when packing:
1. Squares
-pack flat -tail neatly butterflied -bundled in 5/10
2. Inside the parcel: 3. Check Postage before mailing.
Include the REVISED packing slip. Please read ALL instructions.
This is a fun way to record what we send.
Please choose from the following list when recording what you send:
- SQUARES
- TOPS (includes vests, sweaters, Go-Overs)
- BEANIES/HATS
- KASCUDDLES
- SOFT TOYS (teddies, dolls, cuddly toys)
- SCARVES/NECK WARMERS/HAND-WARMERS
- SOCKS/UNDERWEAR (includes t-shirts, undershirts/singlets, underpants and slippers)
- SUPPLIES FOR GOGOs (knitting needles, crochet hooks, sewing needles, yarn)
- BITS AND BOBS (pens, pencils, books, anything that doesn't fit in elsewhere)
After recording in the 2015 Tally, CLICK HERE to add your squares to the
KNIT-A-SQUARE DELIVERS ! tally.
A TIP:
It is a good idea to check the Squares Lists every month to see when your parcels arrive. The South African team doesn't always have time to send a reply ...although they do try !

Just mailed a box with 1 pair handwarmers, 2 sweaters, 2 vests, 3 hats, a pack of pencils and 2 navy scarves so, new totals are:
13,768 squares
114 tops
426 hats
24 KASCuddles
438 scarves/neckwarmers/handwarmers
369 socks/underwear
51 supplies for gogos
1396 bits and bobs -

Just been to Post Office and posted off :- 40 squares, 3 hats, 8 pairs undies, 7 soft toys.
I noticed that the soft toy number has disappeared from the list after 24 April, hope you dont mind if |I put it back in. If there was a reason then sorry for interfering!

Thanks Christine....from time to time things disappear.....I had to add the bits and bobs (I think it was) a couple of months back as they had disappeared. Its great that members notice and have the confidence and care to 'set things straight'. :))

I think there is a problem with the number of scarves/neck warmers/mittens/gloves/handwarmers. In Jeanne's post it was 438 and now it's down to 53 !!
