Wow! We're off to a great start!

I'm hoping to get my squares packed up and mailed this week, now that the strike is over.

Could someone please explain the difference between 'tally' and 'KAS Reaches great heights'. I have started adding to the latter but not the tally yet.

Cath, the Tally is an ongoing record of all items that have been sent each year from Forum members. The Great Heights Challenge is just for squares, the aim being to see how long it takes to reach the top of Table Mountain with many other goals along the way. The list is amended by Pam A every month as she adds in the received squares from non-Forum contributions (from the Received Squares lists as they are posted). Just for fun really. Most people add to both but neither are obligatory.

Thanks Christine for answering Cath's query.

Thanks for that Christine. I should have got that myself but.the light didn't go on!. I just saw a huge difference between the numbers and wondered. Good job you and others are there to answer such dumb questions as well as more relevant ones. I love this forum - it's inspirational and motivating and makes us feel a part of something good.

I didn't think it was a dumb question - this forum takes a bit of getting used to. It used to be worse; we also had a UK Tally at one time and that could get really confusing. This Great Heights Challenge looks as if it will be achieved earlier than we first thought.

Would someone add theses for me please ( iPad ) 35 squares 5 pairs of handwarmers 3 pairs of socks 2 pairs of undies 3 books and 1 skein of yarn ... Thanks
I have just posted 300 squares (4 parcels) for our new group Liverpool Squarers and 140 squares for myself. Total 440 squares. Would someone please add them for me. Thanks
