Well done everyone! The figures continue to grow year-on-year. They represent hours of caring, kindness and giving by a 'global family' of yarn workers! The January Jewel Challenge is already getting the squares & hats flowing!
Below are the totals (so far) for 2011 - once the square lists for Nov & Dec are published I'll continue to update these figures - which are a combination of Forum totals and the Square List (which only lists Squares, Hats, Vests & Sweaters) plus Ravelry keeps it own list. In fact, more is being sent, but at least the figures below will give a fair idea.

Well done Mili K and the Slovenian crafters :)
That is fantastic, Mili and friends.!!!
These new figures reflect the squares, tops and beanies received in South Africa minus those already recorded by Forum members on this discussion post. One change, the May list has combined the Sweaters, Jumpers & Vests and renamed them Tops, therefore I've followed suit. I'm hoping, that eventually, we will see more pictures of the many many squares that others KasFolk from around the world send to South Africa.

Just noticed, when I did my update the '3' is missing at the end of the Go Overs Count. (that is it should be 13 not 1 as shown), so update below.

Hello my friends! I've not had the opportunity to add these until now, although I mailed the parcels two weeks ago (they are probably already there!) The parcels included 30 squares, 5 hats & 32 plastic needles, from our dear KAS contributor LJ Roberts; in addtion from me were 3 hats, 5 pr socks, 6 toys, 1 hex sweater, & 3 sweatshirts. I have several more items to mail, now that I am home, including at least 40 squares that I made in May :o) Hope to add that soon! Have an awesome day ya'll and here are the numbers:
